I am a supporter of Staples. This store is even better now that is have moved a few feet to one side to make room for the new Sam Walton Mart.
It is much smaller than the previous location — but, they managed to design a nice quaint layout. I typically research my purchases online in advance to help the brick and mortar experience easier and smoother.
Being built brand new from the ground up, it is fresh and clean which is always nice.
Sometimes you are constantly stalked by associates and other times I have found it difficult to get help. But, less of the latter — so that is fine with me.

My place of work has a corporate account with Staples, so I knew the quality of their products was good. When I found myself in need of a personal computer (my old one joined the choir invisible last night), I went down to the closest location to me on Pineville-​Matthews Road.
I was not disappointed. My salesperson, Scott, was very helpful and assisted me in picking out the model I needed. I ended up getting not only the computer but also a monitor and printer (the printer I had not expected to get, but the prices were so good I decided to go on and get one as my wife and I had been talking about getting one for the house.)
For the price of a brand-​new computer, a 23″ flat monitor, and a laser-​jet printer, plus paper and supplies, I spent the same amount of money I did on my old computer 5 years ago, and with better service! I am a sold customer and will be returning to Staples for anything else I need for home office stuff.

It’s a Staples, so it’s chock full of office supplies, furniture and a counter for shipping. Pens, pencils, paper, computers, adding machines, software, toner and ink cartridges, envelopes, desks, chairs, staplers.
I popped in to return a backpack and despite having removed the tag, they gave me a full credit.
