After a year of seeing how they handle UNCC’s enormous volume, I think the staff at this Starbucks do an exemplary job. They are caffeine-dosing, line-moving machines. Even if there are 10 people in front of you wanting mocha-choca-orange-fried-«coffee,» your wait won’t be too long. And you won’t be harried either, which requires their speed to strike a delicate balance with professionalism.
I am still irked by the lack of indoor seating, but otherwise this store is perfect.
