stephanie is professional and really knows her stuff! unless u want to fly to nyc u have to go to stephanie to get your hair straightened. no one else in the area does this. i have been a client for years and will be for the rest of my life!

I bought a groupon for a Keritan treatment through Stephanie Rider. I set an appointment with Stephanie in May. When I arrived at the salon for the appointment, no one was there. I called her and she said that I had called and rescheduled the appointment for a date in June. Which is not true — The rescheduled date she gave me was a date that I was to be out of town. We rescheduled the date again. She called me back after about twenty minutes to confirm the date and time but the date and time she gave me was not the date we agreed on. I confirmed the date and time again. When I arrived the second time Stephanie again was no where to be found. The other person in the salon informed me this happened a lot with her clients. Do not waste your time. She is completely disrespectful of your time and extremely unprofessional.
