Absolutely love this facility and the amazing trainer Laura. She really pushed me and helped me get in the best shape of my life. Her knowledge and passion for training is the best I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve been training with Laura for over a year, now. She has provided expert guidance, advice and motivation that has kept me consistent and working towards my fitness goals. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Though I wouldn’t consider myself an athlete, I can say that I feel like one during (and sometimes after) the workouts. Further, this is someone that knows more than the academics. She LIVES fitness. From her nutrition, to her attitude, to her own workouts. This is the place to be for fitness training!!!
