Always have a good experience here. Great value for a hair cut. People are always friendly and nice and listen to what you request. I love the hot towel after the hair cut. Great added bonus!

For $ 14.95, this place does it right! I love my Supercuts because it is conveniently on Providence road, just five minutes away from home. I can afford to come here twice a month and always feel welcome every time I visit. My «do» is hard to mess up, so I tend to stick with the large chains on this market. However, I am very picky with who I let cut my hair. I am glad to have found someone after searching for a little over a year. Farrah does a great job and I recommend her to anyone interested in this location. She is sweet and very personable and always does a great job. Sometimes I even get my hair washed and it always hits the spot. Its nice because they use a tee tree oil shampoo, so it tingles and feels oh so refreshing! The only downside is that I feel like they always leave loose hair on my face/neck and it gets everywhere. Most of the times they have a hot towel to wipe away the hair(which feels great), but I find that this is always an issue with large chain salons. It would be much easier if they would just use a dryer to blow all the loose hair away and then provide a towel. I understand I could just ask for this to be done, but I feel like it should come standard. Cant forget to mention their sales! It seems like every time I visit, they are always running a special on something. Last time I went in they were doing buy one, get one half off. This comes in handy if you go through a lot of product. Thank you Supercuts for always providing a great salon experience at an affordable price!

I was made to wait even thought all stylist were just walking around talking to one another when I entered and nobody was cutting anybodies hair. No one else was waiting for their haircut either. I made my appointment online, showed up on-time and the staff still sat another guy first that came in after me. That was just rude. Every time I get my hair cut at this facility, it seems like they have completely different staff and there is no consistency of quality whatsoever. Some haircuts are great, some are really bad. Some stylus actually poke my head with their scissors at times and run their trimmers into my skull like they were digging for treasure. It’s like gambling with my hair every time I come in, but I always get charged the same either way. A little more professionalism and less attitude from the staff could go a long way in improving their business.

Came at 2pm on Sunday, right in the middle of their listed open hours. The«Open» light in the window was switched off. There were 2 women sitting inside who stared at me as I approached the door and looked in. Neither one attempted to communicate with me. Guess they don’t want business? IDK.

My husband dropped in without an appointment and was greeted nicely. Megan was great — very friendly and did a good job on his hair. It looks like the staff have a good working relationship. Would give this a five star rating but the place felt like it could do with a slight facelift. He will definitely return.

This place is awful. They ruined my boyfriend’s gorgeous hair. They chopped off 90 percent of the sides and left almost all of the hair on the top– he looked terrible and needed to wait 2 weeks to go get it fixed somewhere else. Sometimes you get lucky at Certain Supercuts but not this one! Stay away!!!

I have been going to this salon for approximately two years and Farrah is my stylist. She is friendly, kind and very talented. The salon is in my neighborhood, parking is never a problem and I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for a cut. Of course, I always go on a weekday which is best for me. Everyone is always friendly and the prices are more than reasonable. Best of all Ben and Jerry’s is next door(for you ice cream lovers).

After living in Charlotte for 2 months and checking out several places I found this Supercuts accidentally while looking for another business. Jennifer cut my hair and did an exceptional job. She ask how I wanted it, I showed her a picture of how I like it cut from an old photo and she made sure it was perfect. She took the time to make sure it was even, trimmed up and everything was exactly how I requested. I would highly recommend her. This shop is not easy to find if you are new to the area or going by GPS, but they are definitely worth the search, right beside a Ben & Jerry’s.

Looking for a reliable but fast haircut? Don’t want to pay something outrageous for the privilege? Then this Supercuts is sharpening its blades for you. Right on Providence Road next to Ben & Jerry’s, this corporate-owned location is just what you’d expect. Basic chairs, booths, and a small waiting area. The adjacent parking lot is small, but I always manage to find a spot open. For busier times, it is very easy to park on the side street. There are usually 2 – 3 stylists in shop and available, though your wait time will depend entirely on the time of day and year you stop in. You see, this location is pretty popular with the school kids in Myers Park and Eastover. Near the holidays and back-to-school time, this place can get a bit overwhelmed. The answer? I like to call ahead to get in line. The staff will let you call in up to an hour in advance to go ahead and reserve your place in the queue. It does not mean they will be waiting on you to rush in through the door, but at least you won’t have the surprise of seeing the waiting area piled full of other waiting folks. Note that during the weekdays, however, you can usually walk in and be seen right away, without any call ahead. I have a couple of stylists I prefer there, but really the whole crowd has been fine(or perhaps I don’t have an overly complicated haircut?). A basic cut does not include a full wash and condition, so if you are looking for that, make sure to tell them and you can buy an upgrade. They also do color and waxing, so folks who need a little more for their ‘do can pretty much find it here. Service, once seated, has always been fast and mostly friendly, without a bunch of frills. But I’m a simple guy and I like a simple cut, without needing a latte in hand or a shoulder massage with my shampooing. Supercuts gets that job done at a fair price. Bravo for simplicity.

My hair is hard to cut, so I usually just try to get a trim. They are good for that and at $ 14 I’m happy with what I get. I think haircuts get too pricey around here and I haven’t found anyone worth more. Definitely avoid lunchtimes and after school though. Angie is nice as she is the one I’ve worked with.

Review written by Wife— I recently had a good experience at this location. I got a relaxing shampoo and a great basic trim(all I needed). Cost $ 18 for both! Sonia was nice and friendly. Am definitely going to go back.

Thank goodness for Supercuts. This one is in the hideous yellow and green building adjacent to Ben & Jerry’s. But I really like this location because Angie and Janea are both the bomb. They listen to exactly what I want and make it happen. I’ve tried several places in town that are 30 $ just for a cut and I can’t tell any difference. No matter who cuts your hair, remember to tip! For a cut that’s only 15 $ it’s well worth the extra three or four dollars to show your appreciation. Saturdays are the busiest day so I recommend calling ahead or going during the week.
