My burritos were not even hot. They tasted like they had been sitting out at room temperature. Slow drive thru line and the girl running the window seemed so unhappy.

Bad customer service. Went one time at night for the drive through and they asked which sauce we wanted. We took about 3 seconds to decide and the lady developed an attitude with us and closed the window on us wtf… rude employees.

I’m a big Taco Bell fan, but this location is ALWAYS slow. This is easily the slowest TB that I know of in Charlotte. I’ve never been threw the drive thru in less than 15 mins and I’ve waited 30 mins before! Avoid this location and go to the one off of WT Harris that’s about 5 mins away.

Taco Bell, nothing unusual here. Fast food style Mexican? food. There’s more than 1 toilet in the ladies room and it’s clean!

The food is good but they close the dining room way too early. More than once we have come to eat and went across the street to KFC or McDonalds because the dining room is closed. Tonight it was locked up BEFORE 9:00. Ourselves and two other families just left and ate somewhere else. I am just going to stop coming to this Taco Bell at all.
