Dropped off shoes that needed heels glued back. They said they could do it, then when j picked them up there was glue on the shoe itself. Complained and they basically said «too bad». There are several decent repair places in town I wouldn’t use them again.
I paid for them and took the shoes home.
The price was reasonable but what good is the repair if there is permanent glue on the shoe itself?
