Horrible people! They talk about community but they don’t even support veterans. I answered the question of when I served correctly 4 times, then they reworded it on a questionnaire and i read it real quick and told themI had served earlier than I had. They called me a lier an I said I would bring in my DD-214 and they said they didn’t care. DONOTGOTHERE!!!

I’ve donated at every other center in Charlotte over the years but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I forgot I was even there to donate. Great staff in all departments!!! I don’t even get that kind of service when I go shopping or out to eat.

waited 14-days to donate like they asked over phone, went in waited for two-hours on Sunday afternoon, shuffled in and out of offices and finally scanned my fingers. Still showed a donation from the center at the other end of Central(CSL) where I was pushed in line one Sunday afternoon and blocked from donating after I complained by email(pending a talk from the mgr that wasn’t there when I drove across town to donate). But back to Talecris, why didn’t they scan my fingers first? I couldn’t donate until they checked with other centers and this is not same day. The wait times have been over two hours since, donation day was several hours even after I gave them the two when I couldn’t donate. They are checking their cell phones while screening me, picking things up off the floor(which I appreciate but not after my finger is stuck and bled), lots of bumping and self-touching which is a real health issue(they don’t even consider the donor’s safety and sometimes not their own).
