I currently live here and have had the worst customer service from an apartment complex.
Upon move in there were loose wires in the bedrooms, missing burners on the «new» appliances, broken garbage disposal and water heater, and missing light bulbs in almost every room.
When they replaced our water heater they didn’t drain it so it soaked our entire dining room. On top of that, it took an entire day to fix the problem which meant no showers or water for my sons bottles.
There was also a fault in the floor of my sons room and when the carpet was pulled back there was a huge hole in the concrete and plywood which meant the room had to be torn apart and refloored.
When we asked for compensation they said they didn’t understand why we wanted it… We couldn’t use his room for three days.
Now, we are dealing with cockroaches and our air conditioning is broken and it is 100 degrees outside!
I cannot wait to move!

Joke of an apartment complex. Recent «renovations» are the cheapest I’ve ever seen with paint literally peeling off the walls. You can tell this place is over 25 years old and the owners wanted to get by on the cheap. The staff is ineffective and largely clueless. The gym is in poor shape with missing equipment the staff doesn’t care to replace even when safety concerns are pointed out to them. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 1 is due to new, albeit low end, appliances. Good location but I’d look elsewhere for some professionalism.
