I stopped in here, because I was next door at Wallbearers, to ship-​return a few boxed items to amazon. They were helpful and friendly and taped my boxes shut on this day and a few later trips.
Previously, I had stopped in and the girl behind the counter wanted me to purchase a roll of tape to seal one package closed before shipping, so I walked over to Walmart bought the tape and took care of it myself.
But every trip since then they have provided full service without question. I love this UPS!

Agent messed up the order, and item returned to sender. Called the store to try to fix the issue, but they didn’t know what to do.

I just needed a document notarized and they got it done promptly. $ 5 seems a bit much, but that’s called «supply and demand.» I don’t have a local bank in Charlotte that might have done this for free, so this is the price.

Store is convenient, However I wasn’t provided with any options for shipping a package. And was just told the price of what I needed to pay. If I wanted bad customer service I would’ve gone to the post office. Probably would’ve been cheaper, too.
