My boyfriend and I just moved here about a week ago and it is just okay. The office is newly renovated and looks amazing with an AWESOME pool and other amenities. Near the office is the gym which is. Well, not so hot. It’s outdated. I ran on the treadmill the other day and it seems to stop with every step you take. Laundry facility is pretty clean and is never really full, from what I’ve noticed. Now onto the apartment itself. When we first moved in, we were assured that everything was checked. Well, some of the outlets in our apartment were not working, which was a hassle but it got fixed. About 3 days into us living here, the stove(that was from the 1970s) just cut out. They said it was time for a new one. I wish they would have just replaced it upon move in. There were a handful of damages in our apartment that could have also been taken care of upon move in. The cable is included and water is separate. Weird. Maintenance is pretty responsive when it comes to problems. The staff in the leasing office is very nice. Sarah and I think the guys name is Luis. But I’m not sure. For the area, you are right in Sedgefield and it’s convenient to SouthEnd and Dilworth. The price is good, but you do get what you pay for. We signed a 6 month lease and won’t be renewing. The area is up and coming. This complex definitely has a lot that it can work on to really be up to par with communities being built in the neighborhood. Overall, I give it two stars just because the location is good and we have a roof over our heads. We will most likely be looking at an apartment that’s in SouthEnd. For just a little bit more money, it’ll go a lot further.

My sorority sisters have lived here and while staying with her a few times — I can say it’s a solid place. I thought it was just cool for singles and college kids looking to stay away from campus but remain relatively close. Well, a lot of families are over here too and it seems to work. Cable included in rent but you pay for water. Weirdest thing ever for me but hey. Pool, all southern places keep great landscaping, fitness center(nothing big), mailboxes near the office. They seem to always provide a clean carpet at move in. I referred another sorority sister to the place. 7 month leases Washer/Dryer in some(very few) units. Smart location. Get everywhere with little to no time wasted. Speed bumps in the parking lot of the arena. App fee Deposit Credit Check You can get a better deal by applying online.
