To say that TWC offers poor service would be an insult to all other phrases that have used the word poor in the past. The very definition in Webster’s dictionary would use a picture of these guys, but couldn’t get the Internet connection to download a picture. TWC offered to send a picture, in person, sometime between 8am and 8pm. Company makes promises they can’t keep and has us locked into a no-win scenario as the closest damn thing to a monopoly the US supposedly allows. South Park did a wonderful job of mocking these people and I’m at the point where my mortal mind can barely fathom the nipple play at work behind closed doors. But there is hope, friends! For soon a glorious prophecy shall be fulfilled and all our pains will be gone! Take heart, brethren, and remember: Google is coming.

Our pizza shop Capos Pizza in San Antonio, Tx lost all(3) phone lines late this afternoon on Friday @4pm. Technical services @ TWC could not figure out the problem and I was told that a tech would come out on Monday Aug 10th! I am left with no phone lines and credit card services for the entire weekend! I tried contacting my local rep at 445pm and he would not answer. I spoke with a supervisor @ TWC and he could not give a hoot about our business dilemma either. I cannot believe they refer to their division as Business Class. They have no idea what it takes to operate a business. And the most basic need of a business is their telephone lines. Guess I need to check out AT&T?
