Don’t take their service as they are not true to their words and then remind you of legal document you signed. I took pest control as I spotted some spiders in the garage. After the first service I started seeing lot of small spiders in my house. I called them almost after 20 days to take care of spiders. As the next quarterly service was around the corner, I told I will get that taken care at that time itself. The technician showed up on the day of service, and I told him about my concerns. He very clearly educated me that there is no treatment with which you can get rid of spiders, the only thing we can do is kill them if we spot them. I told him in that case there is no point of having the service continued as that was the whole reason of taking the service. He suggested me to talk to customer service and I told the rep that I am not satisfied with your service; and would like to cancel it. She suggested me to keep the service going and spiders would reduce. But I did not wanted that based on the education I got from the technician. I asked rep would there be any cancellation fee as I have already signed a contract. She said that we would waive it as you are not satisfied. I asked her for some reference number but she said she don’t have one. Today I received an email for my next appointment with TN, and I immediately called them. Surprisingly, on the file there is no mention of any discussion what so ever. The only thing they know is that I refused the last service. Now they are just reminding me that I signed a contract and if I want to cancel service then I have to pay 30% as cancellation charge. They are not even trying to understand the point and again and again kept repeating the same sentence. I don’t know the name of person whom I spoke to last time. But the manager told me there are only two reps– one manager herself and other is supervisor. So it has to be one of those. And I am sure I did not talk to manager. Just because the person did not write notes, they are not honoring what that person said on the date of last service/cancellation date. I spoke to rep right on front of tech guy.

The initial service was performed at my home this week. The service technician was polite and did a great job explaining what he would be doing and did a great job walking around my home with me. I was impressed with him. I feel that my house will be taken care of. I am not happy with the differences between what the salesman stated would occur and what did occur.
