I went here about my ankle and it took forever when there was only one person a head of me. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful and professional. She also charged me $ 50 instead of even asking me to apply for the $ 35 discount program. Rude, slow, and I wouldn’t come back for any other medical issue. They need new office managements. Let alone I waited for two hours.

I went on a Saturday regarding a pain and some possible kidney issues. The physician on staff was Miriam Castillo. Dr. Castillo was very thorough, listened to her patient and recorded all the information. An excellent bedside manner, I have not seen this in a long time. Whats unfortunate is she is only available at the Urgent Care. She address every concern I had and did not dismiss it like some physicians often do. The downside is the payment system you can not find out your charges for several days. The reason supplied was they are not connected to the main hospital billing system. I was extremely uncomfortable with this. Needless to say I spoke to the office manager Cynthia Poe and addressed my concerns directly. Other than that this location with Dr. Castillo is a keeper.
