We have been taking several vehicles (BMW/​VW) to Uptown Imports since before 2000 and have never had a poor experience. Dennis the owner, and his crew are friendly, co-​operative and professional and do not pressure you into doing a repair if is not needed. They have saved us money in more accurately identifying problems when other service shops have «recommended» an expensive, but unnecessary repair.
