Valeriano Orthodontics

Dr. Valeriano has put braces on all 3 of my children. My son is still in braces but both my girls have people stop them and tell them that they have beautiful smiles. This is the best advertising that any orthodontist could ask for! The staff do a great job keeping on schedule and they have contests and activities that make things fun for the kids. It is such a well run practice with true professionals. I am so glad that I trusted my children’s smiles to Dr V and his staff!

I CANNOT speak more highly of Dr. Valeriano, my assigned specialist, Kim, and the ENTIRE staff at Valeriano Orthodontists. They made me feel even more welcomed with each visit and the results are outstanding! I even had significant trauma to my front teeth during my time in braces and they delicately, but effectively got me back on track and removal sooner than anticipated. As an adult, I was extremely apprehensive about the whole process, but the kindness, care and professionalism of all at Valeriano Orthodontists made me know I made the right choice. The patient perks from movie tickets to rewards like Starbucks cards have made the experience even «sweeter»!

I can’t imagine trusting my smile to anyone but Dr. Valeriano and his team. From the second I walk in the door, I’m greeted by a friendly smile. The front office staff and clinical staff excel in customer service and treatment knowledge. Any time I call with a question, they’re quick to answer and make suggestions. They’ve also been wonderful about keeping my schedule in mind when making appointments and are flexible with conflicts.
They offer a wide range of entertainment for kids and adults, including free wifi, iPads, current magazines, and even movies in the clinic during the appointments. The incentive programs they offer to keep their patients on top of oral hygiene, timeliness, and even report card grades, makes the experience great for even the youngest of patients.
Dr. Valeriano is by far the best orthodontist in Charlotte. And if you don’t believe me, a free consultation is sure to change your mind!

I never thought I would ever set foot inside an orthodontic office. But, after a dental cleaning check-​up I was told I should speak to an orthodontist about correct a bite and some other issues. They kindly recommended Dr. Valeriano. After much hesitation I set an appointment for an evaluation.
I was very impressed from the time I arrived. The kindness and professionalism of the staff is second to none. They are very technology friendly and modern throughout the office. As I am sure the large majority of the customer base is children, there are many things to keep the youngsters busy while they wait for there appointment such as Ipads, video games, etc.
The timing of this review sees me at a very early stage in my treatment process, but I look forward to the time I will be working with the great people at Valeriano Orthodontics.
