Walgreens on Albemarle Road has really went down hill even more with managers care more about employees and customers they have no respect they don’t answer questions about drugs medication don’t bother calling the corporate office they support their bad behavior of store managers talking about liars this company will lie to save an employee and that too is supported by corporate management I’ve been with this company 20 years time to move on I will not be far of this devilish behavior that’s why Sam Club and Walmart is picking up a large quantity of customers better service less expensive drugs.

Eh, it’s what you expect. These sorts of places are so cookie cutter it’s hard to get a really bad or good time. The staff is friendly though.

Walgreens — at least this location — has gone downhill. Way downhill. We have at least one medication that we need monthly, and while they do offer an automatic refill option(where they have it ready for you each month), they can’t seem to get it right. How hard can it be? They have shelves and shelves of bottles, but they don’t know how to fill the stupid bottle on time? They insist you get a new prescription, but they can’t get it in? Beats me. Either they don’t have it at all(often), they don’t have it right(occasionally), they have it, but it’s not the right form(generic when it should be brand name) or they just want to mess with you(one person gets your info and then they forget about you for half an hour, at which point they don’t have it any longer). After about six months of this — which came after them getting it right for going on three years — we finally just gave up. A little incompetence I can deal with. Too much wastes my time and I can’t handle it.
