I’m just finishing up the 8 week one-on-one course. «Course» may not be the right word. Each week she gives me readings, questions, and extra materials centered around a different aspect of health/wellness. We’ve covered everything from time management to eating habits to meditation to finding people who will support you. Maureen is really great at listening to what I’m telling her and finding realistic tweaks that I can actually implement. It’s been so cool– over the past 7 weeks, I’ve started actually getting 8 hours of sleep, eating breakfast, exercising regularly and meditating! I know this sounds like an infomercial, but it’s true, and having someone to hold me accountable and give me outside perspective has been a huge deal for me in doing the things I always want to do, but don’t actually do.
