Please spend your time and money somewhere else! First, you are not forewarned that they don’t take any type I insurance. You have to pay and file it yourself and they are much, much more expensive than any other place around. I waited in the waiting room with about a hundred people for about an hour. Then, I had an instance where I had to call back to figure out a prescription issue, I spoke to 2 receptionists and then a tech got on the phone and was completely rude. When I reacted to her rudeness she told me not to get rude with her. The doctor finally called me back and was nice at first, we were working through the issue. Then I mentioned the customer service and instead of just saying«I’m sorry about the communication issue». She went into defense mode, she started talking about how long her tech has worked for her and even said the word anal in her rant. When I tried to stop her, she said that I was not to talk over her! I’ve Hadith better service at the Wal-mart optical place.
