Jeff of Drumheller’s towing and recovery responded to our call to AAA for a dead battery on a car. He made it to where we were stranded in less than a ½ hour (much faster than expected). He was able to immediately diagnose the problem and he presented me with several options being very honest about the pros and cons of each. We ended up deciding on replacing the battery right there. He was able to do this very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the whole matter. He was very informative and he gave me tips to help avoid this problem in the future. Overall, he was great.
