Insanely rude and unhelpful. The guy at the counter gave me attitude for wanting to pick up my package, this is after I waited at the counter for 15 minutes for anyone to show up. Apparently even though it was on site at the facility, it was in a container that they «didn’t have the capacity» to open, if my package is on site, you should be able to retrieve it for me. I think they just didn’t want to go in the back and look for it. Good thing the other store on Barracks sent me to this place to absolutely no avail. On top of being incompetent they were rude and slow. I hope FedEx goes under soon.
