Terrible service. Staff member walked past me in relatively empty store to offer assistance to a man without even giving me the time of day. (I was in the shoe dept with a Demo shoe in my hand, clearly needing assistance) When I complained to the manager he said «I find that hard to believe». He essentially called me a liar! Instead of offering an apology he only made excuses that the staff member may not have seen me. BS! he walked directly by me. The manger further said that they don’t normally have that problem (poor service based on gender) Easy to say if they refuse to acknowledge complaints! I will never shop there again! Ladies if you like being ignored and not taken seriously, this is your place!

For such a giant store and knowing it was all about sports, I pictured either Dick’s or Pro Bass layout on the inside. It was more like the Walmart section of hunting/​camping but in a wider area. They had a lot of shoes. The ones I saw were pricey but they had a pretty good boot selection. with fur/​without fur — calve high, ankle high. Good mix of colors too. Steered past the guns. Not a fan. I did look into the idea of practicing with bow and arrows. Not a cross bow exactly, but your basic bow and arrows. They had a nice selection for starters and also for the more advanced group of hunters.
I thought their outdoor/​camping products were pricey although they did display a good selection of cots and camping chairs.
Over all I was disappointed but It was nice to look around.

Cant get ANYONE to help you. They are always deep in conversation with each other or on a long break. 2:30 sunday not a sole behind the gun case. Wanted to look at some guns so we stiod there for 5 mins without anyone coming over. 2 sales people saw us and started to walk over… then walked right past us to talk to their buddy. They lost a BIG sale. Hope they go out of business and put a better store in its place.

Had a great experience! Went in looking for under armor clothes and they had a great selection as well as having styles that you don’t see at other retailers. Store was very clean and organized and employees were friendly and offered assistance but not pushy. Will be back:)!
