Paid a lot of money and was told before I signed up that if it wasn’t working for me, I could get a refund. I ended up with headaches and nausea. I also ended up with NO refund. Plan on sharing with everyone how little I think of this program and Dr. Francis. Unfortunately, his word doesn’t mean much.

A great easy to follow, low glycemic, low gluten, high protein and veggies type diet with a lot of supplements to get you on your way as well as lots of support. Make sure you are dedicated to this plan. Pricey, so make sure you are dedicated and or ready to to start a weightloss plan, and like any endeavor involving money, ask about the refund policy.
