The property manager was very dishonest, and will try to rip you off whenever he gets the chance. We accidentally made a hole in one of our walls and he said over the phone that it shouldnt be a problem and it won’t affect the security deposit, but at the end of the year, he denied ever saying that. We ended up having to pay over 100 dollars for a small hole that he stated that it was part of «wear and tear». If you ask me, this company is full of crooks. They will find any excuse to charge you for anything. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR APARTMENTS.

Horrible company. Complete assholes. Honestly was the hardest relationship to maintain with this landlord. Went through 4 different property managers during a 1 year lease. None of them were consistent on things they were enforcing.
