This stores staff is the prime example of what customer service is and should be. The staff in this store are completely amazing and wonderful. From the moment we walked in to us browsing items. Everyone was attentive and explained sales and products without question or hesitation. I’m not big on black Friday shopping but I’m glad I took advantage of it today. All items were 25% off the original and sale price. I purchased two items because of the sale and also because of the awesome staff. This is the best Kate Spade outlet or store I’ve been in and will most definitely return next time I’m in the Charlottesville area.

This store is awesome. The sales reps are very friendly, helpful relatable and are not pushy! They have very excellent customer service here! I don’t buy their clothes, but their purses, wallets, tech accessories, etc. are high quality and they’re my type of style. I’m a classic, semi-preppy, wears a lot of black, gray, and navy type of girl.
If you can’t find something in their store, they will help you order it online. They also honor coupons that you get via Kate Spade’s e-mail list.
I definitely recommend this store in Barracks. It’s near the Banana Republic, Tara Thai, and Barnes and Noble section of Barracks.
