Not sure what all the complaints are about, but knowing what this kind of company is like, I know how much people can complain about stuff they just don’t understand. Though Bobby can be a little bit of a hustler at times, he’ll work with you and do whatever he can to make things right. Just talk to him! People need to learn to haggle too! They sent two techs to clean an antique couch and a rug, got a great deal on it. Great job, couldn’t be happier. Nice guys too.
