Okay, this is pretty awesome. This whole food truck thing has been going around now for awhile, but most of it tends to be what you’d expect. Tacos, fried chicken, burgers, etc. And then you have the legendary ice cream man. It’s like a staple of any bigger city. But it’s not really a food truck, because by definition that requires them to make their own products, which ice cream mean usually do not. This is different. Mobilee Delicious currently makes their own Italian ice, and they’re planning on making ice cream, frozen yogurt, and slushies, all from scratch, which is a damn cool idea. Just started up, but the truck is a lot of fun and the workers are friendly.
