We had a unique and tricky situation when we sought to buy our new home in C-​ville. We were still living in Texas at the time and would not be able to come and visit the house we were interested in buying. Heather Griffith was awesome with helping us buy our home long-​distance! She went above and beyond what you would expect a real estate agent to do for you and we really appreciated it so much!

Heather has a wealth of knowledge about the local area which I really appreciated being a new transplant to town. She gave us great advice on neighborhoods, her opinions on possibility renting our house in the future, daycares, even the best places to grab dinner! She also recommended a fantastic local mortgage lender who was even able to beat the rates that USAA offered.

Heather is professional, knowledgeable in her craft, friendly, and quick to respond to calls and e-​mails. When we are ready to rent our sell our house, we will be contacting her again!

I cannot say enough good things about renting through Nest! From my initial viewing of my apartment (Campbell) through the leasing process (Sarah) and even the rare maintenance request (Jacob), the entire team has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. They go out of their way to make renting as easy as possible; I only wish that all rental companies were this good!
