Northridge Uva

UVA Eye Clinc is amazing. My husband had a major eye injury about 4 years ago. Our local ER couldn’t handle his injury and sent us to UVA. To cut a long story short we not only owe his sight in one eye to the experts at this Clinc, but they continue to provide him with superior care. If you have any concerns about your eyes these folks are the people to see.
I would like to add a negative, though, in the way the head of the eye clinic Dr. Conway and one of the other senior Retina specialists deal with patients. They appear to feel they are too busy to deal with you and have a horrible way if making the patient feel that you are wasting their precious time. These two are an exception to the rule in this eye clinic. For the sake of your eye care you should listen to what these doctors tell you and not take their terrible «bedside manor» to heart. All of the other staff and doctors in this clinic are amazing and spend time explianing care answering questions and providing exceptional patient care, so I still highly recommend this clinic.
