I’m in agreement with all the other reviewers who said that it’s one of their favorite places to shop. Her inventory is, as previously mentioned, carefully curated. She has an amazing eye for detail. Each of the displays was tastefully inspired, with layers of texture and color that lifted my heart. It’s a joyful place, and there aren’t many shops I’ve ever said that about. I only wish I lived anywhere near here so I could visit again. I wish my life looked like her shop.

Love this shop. The most unique and best curated selections of items I have ever seen. Her children’s book selection is amazing. I get annoyed when people say it is pricey. This is a small business. You can tell that the buyer spends a great deal of time and effort to pick out the inventory carried in her store. Many of the gifts, cards, etc. are hand made by artisans and small mom and pop operations. If you want cheap, go to Target. If you want to give something special, that will make the gift recipient feel special when they receive it. go to O’Suzannah. It is a must stop for me when I go to Charlottesville, I only wish I could get there more often.

Love this shop. This is my favorite place to buy paper goods and little gifts in Charlottesville. I walk in here any time I feel down. They helped me pick out the perfect low-​budget item for a holiday gift exchange at my office, and they always seem to stock things that are sweet, creative, and fun.

NO RETURNS!
Don’t get me wrong, I really like this place. You almost can’t go wrong buying a gift in this little, beautifully curated shop.
But buyer beware, especially for big ticket items. If you change your mind, you can only get store credit for your purchase. I walked in just the other day hoping to make a return and the woman working there smugly informed me that their return policy was clearly printed on the receipt. What? You tell me after I buy something that I can’t return it? Clever.

The shop is adorable and items are tucked into every nook and cranny. I always leave with something cute for myself or a gift to bring home.

This store is really cute with tons of interesting gifts for children and women. Hangbags-​jewelry-​cards-​all sorts of baby clothes and gifts-​books – everything is interesting and the buyer has a great eye.
