Oh I love Lilly Pulitzer! I love the Charlottesville has a local store, but the service here is generally terrible. You either have one of the older ladies trying to pressure and upsell you on everything or you get one of the high school/​college age girls who could not care less about you as customer and rarely know the stock. Multiple times I’ve gone into the store looking for a specific style I found online or asked to see the look book to see if an item comes in a certain print to be met with resistance or blank stares. I’d highly suggest that associates look through the lilly website and become familiar with the offerings. It would also be good customer service to not judge customers by attire, whenever I’ve gone in wearing workout clothes, i’m generally ignored. Not going to lie, I like to hit up their substantial sale section and I’m not in place where I can drop a cool grand but I’m good for a purchase of upwards of 100 – 150 on most visits and i’d like to feel values as a customer.
Honestly, other than the sale section, or if you need an immediate item, you’re better off going to the
site.

Local Lily Pulitzer store. Helpful staff and easily shopping and trying on at the location. Store is small though it has a good selection.
