I paid a lot of $$ for laser treatment and I only used a fraction of my package. I have reached out several times via their website to set additional appointments and I can’t ever get a response. When I have called in the past and left messages, I haven’t gotten a return phone call. The treatment wasn’t effective *yet* as I know I haven’t finished them all. Hopefully they will see my review and finally respond.

The best place for laser hair removal hands down! Carrie is friendly, personable, professional & really knows what she’s doing. I have not worked with anyone else there on staff currently, but past staff have been A-​STARS & I have no doubt that the ones there now are also the same. I have had EXCELLENT results from using Smooth Skin Laser for the past two years.

Laser is for sure the way to go and this place is by far the best! Whitney has been my laser tech for the past year and she is an absolute doll! She makes you feel really comfortable and she is so great at answering any questions or concerns. She makes you feel really relaxed. They use the best equipment and are always upgrading their lasers to stay up with new technology. Whitney has a no pressure kind of approach when selling packages which is nice if you just want to get some information about laser and think about if its right for you. I’m hooked! They have the best prices in town and I won’t ever go back to waxing!

This place was my 2nd and last (I will go to no other now!) place to have laser treatment done. Not only is the machine distracting with the cool air or is it a burst of cool water (?) while your hair is being blasted away, Carrie is personable (unlike the other place I went to) and fun to talk to– keeps your mind off of what’s going on. Also, it’s great to be able to book my appt. online! I highly recommend this place!
