I am so disappointed with the customer service in the Charlottesville store. When I finally got my chair back from the reupholsterers it looked good. However, it took 2 weeks longer than I was told to expect, and no one bothered to notify me of the delay. When I called to follow up after an initial conversation with an employee about it, the manager treated me like some two-bit liar. Of course, she didn’t apologize when she found out I had been telling the truth. I spent a lot of money there, and I was hoping to be treated better. I would never recommend their upholstery service to anyone.

Don’t expect to walk out with your dream fabric that day, they basically order you what ever you need. the U stands for Upholstery and the prices are pricey.
