I met Michael from Finishing Touch at a Home Improvement show and set up an appointment with him to come to my home to give me an estimate. He was very prompt for the appointment and professionally measured my home. We discussed options and time frame for the work. He said he would email me in the next day or so with the estimate. A week later when I hadn’t heard a word from him, I sent him a message through his website thinking he had lost my phone number. I never heard from him.
