I think a lot of people that play magic or other interactive card games knows about this place but it’s also good for a casual board game shopping trip. Such an awesome assortment of unique games; we had played Pandemic previously(we purchased it from Barnes and Noble) but this store had about 10 different versions of the game. There’s also a game named Code Names and a game named Guillotine that are worth your time! They also have a unique selection of Pop! characters if you’re a collector. The people working the counter were super friendly, chatty and helpful. I’ll definitely go back.

Be it for MTG, Force of Will, YGO, or Cardfight Vanguard, this store has everything you need from cards to supplies. Recently expanded boardgames as well and have picked up quite a few so far. Gaming space is more than enough as the store easily seats 100+ players. Saturday is the best day to visit if you’re looking to play games as several tournaments are going on at a time and several players enjoy multiple games. I noticed there’s a miniatures section, but I’m not familiar with the different types. All in all its a must check out place!

Came in today at 2, when they opened. Clerk wasn’t ready for business. Clerk was somewhat rude when asking about magic booster packs. Was looking to spend 100 – 150 $ on card boxes. Decided to go elsewhere.

Not a bad store, but not great. Its a bit isolated in Macomb county, so a bit of a hike from the rest of SE Michigan. For magic and other card games they seem to have a great crowd and wide selection. On the painting/miniature side they just always seem super light on inventory. Additionally the place space is uninspiring. I’ve been to a few events and stopped in a couple times, and they’ve never had anything I was looking for. Sure, you can order anything you want. You can order anything you want anywhere. The nice thing about going to your FLGS is that you can scratch that impulse buy itch there. Its never been successful for me at Gamer’s. Currently there are just a lot of stores that offer the same services, but do it better, for my time. Hopefully they survive long enough to build inventory and improve their location.

This store is really the place to be for your gaming and hobby needs. There is ample parking and inside the store is able to handle and seat 100+ people comfortably. Also there customer service is top notch

This is the game store Macomb county has been waiting for!(or at least I have) This place has a little of everything for those who love games. They have a great selection of board games, Chess sets/clocks, comics, magic the gathering(sealed product and singles), minis, etc. However where Gamer’s Gauntlet kicks things up a notch is their enormous open play area. It is complete with nearly twenty 6 foot rectangular tables and chairs, at least four miniatures tables, and a 60″ LED flat screen with a new leather sofa and loveseat. My game of choice is Magic the Gathering and they have a ton to offer. — Thousands of singles at competitive prices.(They buy sell and trade magic) — Players looking to draft most nights. — A large Commander(EDH) community with a league on Monday nights(and a second league on Thursdays soon). — Friday Night Magic(Standard Constructed) — Booster Draft Tournament on Saturday night — A great variety of dice, sleeves, play mats, and deck boxes. — They offer fair prices They have chess classes, chess club, and they offer private lessons. People are always posting on their Facebook page about meeting up to play a game of warhammer, warmachine, pathfinder, or other games. They have yu-gi-oh tournaments on Thursday nights. Check out the calendar at to see if they have a night for your game and if not ask the owner he always seems happy to arrange an event for a game if people are interested in playing it.
