Jerry is top notch! I put off hiring someone to manage my IT needs and only because of some bad interactions with others. Jerry came highly recommended and I have never regretted calling him! My business has been using shores tech computers for several years. I have been nothing but extremely satisfied with every aspect of this company. Customer service is exceptional. Any time our office experiences a problem, they are right there to correct it immediately. My company utilizes software that is very industry specific and is not well known at all. That doesn’t frighten shores tech… They take the time to research the software and address any of our needs. We feel like we are very important to them. They are very patient with those of who do not understand computers and networking. I would highly recommend shores tech to personal individuals and businesses.
