I have been using Acoustical Surfaces for about 10 years now., I have dealt with Ted who is very knowledgeable and has help me find the correct solution on several projects, I never have had any problems and will continue using them for our sound sensitive projects

Consistently sent wrong product and/​or defective products.
Would not give a refund on products only a 25% discount on next purchase. It was their error.
Unfortunately, I live in another state and could not take them to small claims court.
