Excellent staff, Dr. J is terrific. Kind, professional, engaging. She gave me a thorough exam and explanation of what needed to be done. All my questions were answered. Office staff helpful too.

I would have to say that this was the WORSTEXPERIENCE I have ever had at a dentist. First off they are advertising that $ 59 Digital X-Rays and Cleaning. I went in and had it felt like 20 different X-Rays done. Then I was told that I needed a cap put on because I had a cracked tooth and that I had 3 cavities. The receptionist came over to me to explain that I had excellent Dental coverage and she has never seen this kind of coverage. Now just let me tell you I had no tooth pain so I was a little confused as to why I needed a cap. The X-Rays didn’t show a crack but her tests that she does indicated that I may have one, so she did the cap, same day. Once the cap was on she did the blue tape test and had me grind my teeth a few times. She ground the crown down a few times. She said how is that and I said it doesn’t feel right, she gave out a sigh and I said just leave it, maybe I just have to get used to it. Within a few days I could not eat on that side and have severe pain. I tried flossing and that about put me threw the ceiling. I had a headache to the point that nothing took it away. I had my digital X-Rays transferred and another dentist fix my tooth. She said that my bite was really off and that the cap she put on was thin and cheap. She also said that I may have to have a new cap put on, but Thankfully she was able to save most of the cap. Let you remind you I went in for the $ 59 Digital X-Rays and Cleaning, never had the cleaning, but did get a polish. I was told being that I had insurance I didn’t qualify for the $ 59 that they would bill my insurance. The Cap that she put on cost $ 1250. When I went to the new dentist she said had to take new X-Rays because the Digital ones that I had were poor quality. She said that I had no cavities, so not sure what she was going to fill when I came back for my second Appt. Needles to say I’m very unhappy with the work that was done and will not go back. I feel like she saw what my insurance paid and took advantage of the insurance company.

Chaska Commons Dental Group is friendly, professional, and technologically advanced! I had a great experience from the start! Scheduling the appointment I was greeted by a friendly voice on the phone. When I went in everyone was smiling and seemed genuinely happy. The office was very clean and modern and they are paperless which made the appointment more efficient. The Dentist who took care of me was Michelle Bottin, she was helpful, knowledgable, and very friendly, as was everyone I came in contact with! I would recommend Chaska Commons Dental Group to anyone looking for reasonable rates and quality service in a clean, inviting atmosphere!
