This is a special review for celiacs and gluten intolerant people. I ordered a gluten free crust plus pepperoni and onions and cheese and sauce and got sick as a dog. Please don’t assume that the gluten free crust indicates that the pizza will be gluten free. Better safe than sorry. Doug Johnson

I went into store tonight about 7pm to get 3 x $ 10 pizzas. The two guys working were not professional at all, they were goofing off. The«shift leader», Eric loudly BURPED over my pizza while making it. How disgusting. I’ll be calling the manager in the morning. Don’t go here…

We have gotten lots of Papa Murphy pizzas and especially like the Herb Chicken Mediterranean De-lite pizza. We ordered one today around 2:30 in the afternoon, just got done eating it, and it was the best one we have ever had. Both my husband and I commented on how it was exceptionally good this time. Kudos to the pizza maker on duty this afternoon! Thank you for a delicious pizza experience!

I have to disagree heartily with the other reviewer on pretty much everything he said. The one thing I agree on is that the service at this Papa Murphy’s location is always friendly and quick. We usually get a veggie de-lite with red sauce and a cowboy, but I’ve tried several of the other varieties as well and they are all great. I’ve never had any issues getting the pizzas off the tray, and they’ve always cooked in roughly the time recommended on the instructions, taking into account that we usually have 2 in the same oven. As to why you would choose PM’s over the non-take-and-bake places, the pizza tastes better fresh out of the oven as opposed to after being transported, it’s less greasy, and the ingredients in general taste fresher. Saying that PM’s is no better than frozen is absurd, it’s light years better than any frozen pizza I’ve tried.

First time I’ve tried any Papa Murphy’s. Will be the last. Wasn’t sold on the concept but finally broke down to try it. First of all I want to say everyone here tonight was super friendly and helpful-no knocks on service. I ordered a large de-lite with sausage, pepperoni and mushroom. I’m a super thin crisp crust snob and was told this was the way to go. I explained I’d never visited and asked a number of questions about how to cook it. The pizza was no better than a good frozen pizza and was a pain in the a$$. It stuck to the carboard pan when, as instructed I tried to slide it off the pan onto my pizza stone to crisp it up. I said to check it after 10 minutes. This thing took a half hour and in case your wondering, yes, I preheated the oven. The flavor was less than inspiring. I also hate how some pizza places«finish» the pizza with some blend of yellow and white cheese. No yellow cheese(I’m looking at you, cheddar) belongs on a pizza. Mozz, parm, romano, asiago, provelone, pepper jack and St Louis-style provel are the only acceptable pizza cheeses. This wasn’t much if any cheaper than the typical delivery shop, i.e. the«other» papa so I don’t get why anyone would go this route. I won’t anymore.
