Great place to grab a few thing to toss on the grill. Prices are a bit higher but the quality makes the extra price well worth it.
I frequent VONS on a regular basis and love the brats (fresh or frozen varieties are always great).
Steak canoe was ok but the chicken breasts and steaks are where it’s at!

I Love this place. They’ve got the meat for your occasion whether it’s a ham for a holiday dinner, some bacon-​wrapped jalapeño poppers for a party, or just some beef sticks for a snack. If you’re into spicy food, try the Habanero Beef sticks – delicious.

When you’re looking for quality steaks, brats, grillables, or other smokables (food, that is) — this is the place to come! The folks at Von Hanson’s are friendly and very helpful. They know their cuts, and will go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for.
I’ve gotten packs of burners, kabobs, fillets, and other products from the — all of them are of top-​notch quality.
Their priced a little higher than others, but the quality is worth it!

These peeps in white aprons are dedicated to quality. Walk into the family-​owned store with a clear nasal passageway and you’ll be delighted: the smell of seasonings is incredible. If you’re grilling out, this place guarantees it’ll make the experience well worth it, *especially* if you’re entertaining guests. From brats to steaks, they’ll help you figure out what you want to bring home. Plus, if marinades and whatnot intimidate you, there’s a sweet selection of pre-​rubbed chops/​breasts/​roasts/​etc.
It costs a bit more than buying the economy bag of brick-​hard frozen chicken at Cub, but let’s put it this way: if you want to keep small business in business, and you want amazing/​real/​THICK meat, you gotta put up the cash for it and be happy about it.
