Ooms is one of my favorite places in Columbia County to go for a walk and let the dogs go for a swim. It’s set in the rolling hills of Chatham with beautiful views. It’s 180 acres with trails, a gazebo, benches and a lake. It’s owned by the Open Space Institute and managed by The Columbia Land Conservency. We’ve been here all 4 seasons and there’s always something interesting to see.
