Best starbucks store Clover coffees are amazing.

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area. Clean and big. Drive through plus clover machine. I am a fan.

The past few visits have been very disappointing. Few weeks ago I ordered a frappuccino and asked for cream based twice when I tried it sure enough there was coffee. I stressed to them I have a heart condition and can not have it coffee based. Came back today asked for s’mores frapp and they handed me pure vanilla one I went inside the said the ran out of the chocolate band grams yet failed to advise when they handed it over and took the money the girl who made it was huffing and puffing behind the counter! Not sure if there is new staff but customer service has been horrible! Hope this improves soon!

Drive thru is amazing! Service is speedy. Friendly staff. Parking lot is small so always full so glad it’s a drive thru.

Literally the slowest Starbucks in the planet. And no one who works there cares. I can’t stand coming here anymore!

Insanely long wait if you come into the store. (Versus the drive-​thru). Very strange way to do business.
They need to hire more people… and maybe clean the place. It’s dirty.

I love Starbucks, and was super excited Chatham was getting one semi close to where I live. My problem with this specific store is inconsistency. The caliber of your drinks seriously depends on who is making it. I’ve had really good drinks there, and had to go back to the register to let them know I did not get what I wanted multiple times.
A tip for customers would be to watch what the person at the register writes on the cup. The shorthand isn’t hard to figure out and I’ve noticed a few times they’ll make a mistake which leads to you getting the wrong drink. Also don’t be afraid to say something if you get something that isn’t what you wanted. Something I like about Starbucks is they’ll remake your drink for free if it wasn’t correct the first time.
The other thing to be wary of is the parking lot. Chatham Moms are crazy for their coffee! I’ve seen multiple accidents in the parking lot and even someone rear end the car in front of them in the drive thru. I normally park in the Hickory Tree lot and walk over because there is way more parking, and it seems a little safer.

I have no idea what is going on in this Starbucks. Maybe the bulk of the business/​concern of the staff is with the drive through? There are TONS of people working here, but whenever I come I have to wait for a while at the register for someone to come and take my order. It is huge inside, but the space is not organized well for anything but standing around waiting– which I have done for ungodly long times. This is a relatively new Starbucks. It has not been here that long. It is in a convenient location for me, but it jusy sucks. I have been here about 5 times and it has sucked every time as far as the wait for someone to take my order and then how long I waited for my drink.

Three exits some waiting! This new outpost of the Starbucks empire has a front door, a back door *and* a drive thru. About 10 tables inside, a decent size parking lot and friendly staff too.
Demand for gingerbread lattes was apparently low here and so they still could make the boss’s favorite drink in March, months past the season :)

This is a great Starbucks. There are 3 more Starbucks within a 3 mile radius, but this one is the best. Great staff, and great service. I love the drive thru!

The greatest thing to happen to this neighborhood is the drive thru Starbucks! The Madison Starbucks is a horror compared to this one. I heart this Starbucks! Makes getting a soy latte so much more pleasant to wait in my car.

Starbucks within walking distance. Does not get any better. Staff are great. Friendly fast service.
