Jay comes across like a real nice guy, with loads of information. Don’t let that fool you-​this guy is a wolf in sheeps clothing. I used this facility because it’s close to my house. At first everything went well. I did 3 oil changes on my 2014 Porsche Boxster. He convinced me that I should do it every 5000 miles instead of 10,000, first red flag!!. When I inquired about my 20K maintainance, I asked him if I could just get away with an oil change. He insisted that I needed to the the brake flush, because in the long run it would be cheaper. The cost $ 600. I agreed. When I asked how the brake flush went, he changed stories on me and told me the brake fluid was clean, This is not what I paid the $ 600 for. When I told him I felt rip-​off he told me to take to the dealer and have them do it! Yet I paid him $ 600 which included this service. Beware of this guy and this shop. The first 3 times I stayed and watched him do the oil change. This time I left the car because he told me it would take a while with the brake job. Who knows what he really did. I got RIPPED-​OFF!!! AND HE DOESN’T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO RESOLVE IT!

Being relatively new to the area, I wasn’t sure where to take my Saab for maintenance. Jay does a great job of letting you know what needs to be done as well as what could be done to extend the life of your car. He is honest and doesn’t try to sell you services you don’t need. I have taken my car to Jay a few tiems and always had it back the same day.
