My husband tried to make an appointment to get prescription sunglasses and the person who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. He decided not to use them and went with Empire Vision in East Greenbush who were very friendly and able to help him. Dr. Varney should consider hiring more conscientious and friendly office staff.
