I ordered a cap and tassel online from a different vendor for a graduation photo shoot (the ones from school hadn’t come in yet), and I needed a rush delivery. The cap and tassel came in on time (2 days to spare), but the tassel was the wrong color. In a moment of desperation, the following morning I called every store I could think of that was close to me, including Aahs and Party City. None of them was carrying tassels yet. So I called Academic Cap and Gown hesitantly because Chatsworth is a bit of a hike. When I explained what I needed, the woman told me she would have the tassel ready for pick-​up by 1pm. It was exactly what I needed, and I am so grateful they accommodated me on such short notice. Great customer service on this occasion.

This placed messed up my order for my son’s announcements, they never called me back. I finally got to talk to the owner Mark… so rude I never have dealt with a business owner, who’s customer service is so insulting. My son’s announcements looked horrible, cheap paper, a picture of the school that looked like a photo copy, name cards trimmed in gold when the school color is silver. I know he knows who I am, but you know what this is the power of the internet. I can tell the world of the horrible service I received from him and his people that work for him. If you are a smart parent don’t use this company!!! They are not worth the one star I gave them, but Unilocal is making me put one before I post this. so there it is.
