Baskin-Robbins

Went in to buy a pre-​packed quart of the mint chocolate chip for $ 5.99. They were out of it. I asked the gentleman if I could get the same flavor in hand packed quart size container and he had the nerve to try and want to charge me $ 7.99. He tried to claim I would be getting more ice cream. Right. I said just weigh it to the amount that I would be getting for the $ 5.99 pre packed quart. He said he wasn’t allowed to do that. Funny how he is the manager and paid to make those decisions and said no to a customer willing to buy and pay. It wasn’t my fault they were out of the flavor. I asked for the same amount for same price and he would not do it. I find it interesting that other shops have done this for me in the past. These people are scammers and exhibit poor business practices here. Do not go here!

I love the customer service here! Young kids can teach you a thing of two about good customer service. They really want you to feel welcomed. They are not stingy about giving you more than a few samples. I felt bad for having two, but the sweet girl told me «how are you supposed to know what you like if you don’t try.» :)

I love this particular Baskin Robbins. The parking is easy, the staff is friendly and they are always very generous on the toppings.
I tend to come here at least once a month to get my banana split fix. No chocolate sauce, no cherry, but extra roasted almonds por favor! It’s perfect every time :)

this is from the bottom of my heart. They now have a new family ownership and i think if we all go over to rite aids for the best icecream in chatsworth, we can maybe put them out of business. Take a good look at the scoop they give you for 2.39. Its a total discrace. Not being funny. People these days dont care about any food anyplace. I could go on about fast food places, The big mcdonlds north american sirloin burger, what is that i am a retired butcher, all i can do is laugh. Just 1 more thing about 31 icecream. Its loaded with EXTRA SUGAR i guess to it good. Its all to SWEET. Just look at the scoop, STAY OUT AND GO TO RITE AID OR BUY A HALF GALLON, JUST EXPLAIN TO YOUR KIDS I DONT TO GET SCRED ANYMORE.
