This is the second time I have visited this location. The first time was pleasurable. The second time was not. I was greeted by a short dark haired girl wearing glasses. She was pleasant when she asked me if I knew what i wanted. I told her 2 club sandwiches. I then asked her if she could replace the bacon with a little more turkey instead… she replied«sure» I have done this at at least 6 other locations and 20+ visits… they all say the same thing…“sure no problem”. When she was done loading the turkey and ham on the sandwich she moved the sandwich down the counter to get the lettuce, tomatoes, etc., added. I then asked, «were you not going to put the extra turkey on the sandwich»…she replied, «we dont do that». I then said, «when I asked you about this before you started the process, you said sure». She then goes, «Im not going to argue with you sir» I said, «I dont want to argue» «I just want to know why you told me you would add the extra turkey and now you wont». She said«you can talk to someone else about this»… in a VERY rude tone. Obnoxious. Im not sure the owner of this location would want their employees being so RUDE to customers… Anyways the sandwiches here are made great… not fond of this particular employee, but great sandwiches

Awesome place to eat a great sub and get food scraps before they’re trashed to feed one’s dog.

As much as I love a good sandwich place as anyone else, it’s no good when time is not on your side. Knowing that, calling in your order would remedy that time crunch that we all feel during the average work day with only 30 minutes of lunch to spare. You could believe my frustration, of course, when I called 10 minutes ahead of time to talk to a «Maria» WHO I’m quite positive was the manager on duty who told me that my SMALL italian sandwich Mike’s Way would be ready to pick up in exactly 10 minutes to then show up and see that not only had she not made the sandwich, but she had forgotten my order completely. The only thing she did remember was my name. So thanks A LOT Jersey Mike’s for failing miserably at call in orders. I didn’t get lunch today. And No «Maria», I don’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes for you to make the sandwich that I called and ordered ahead of time. And yes, you should be sorry for failing miserably at something so simple. BOO

I love sandwiches so naturally this is a place I go to frequently. Like most all jersey mikes the service is good and the food is always on point. I haven’t anything unusually good here but no bad points so its a good spot.

Quality of meat, bread and vegetables is very good. Service is friendly and efficient. Price may be a little high for a franchise sandwich.

Was here for lunch march 15, 2015 at noon. I hate walking into any establisment that makes me feel like I ruined their life. HUGE attitude with the girl who asks you what sandwich you want. They way she asked for my order with a serious attitude on her face, doesnt even say Hi, HRU. She just demands«what sandwich do you want?»… She then forgets to prepare the bread for the 3rd sub on my order and while one of the associates ask her about it, she makes some animalistic sound and shrugged her shoulders theb saying«UUGGGHH» I also noticed how clean everyone else kept cleaning after each sandwich and her bread station was so dirty just covered in crumbs. You shouldnt have people with attitudes for no reason, I shouldnt have to feel guilty for ordering a sandwich you because you’re miserable… Other than that this place is good, just teach your employee to pretend to be nice.

This place is like every other jersey mikes. They make good sandwiches. My only complaint is they raised the prices and it’s expensive! Way to expensive in my opinion to the point where I don’t go anymore. If they brought the prices down just 50 cents to a dollar I could justify more visits. Just sayin.

I like Jersey Mikes. I like the taste and quality of the product but I’m not really a fan of the employees. They’re forgetful, slow, and inattentive. I work close to this location and find myself avoiding coming here due to their lack of service. Tip The prices are a bit more expensive compared to subway The parking is a little rough during lunch time

One word to describe their sandwiches: DELICIOUS! Jersey Mike’s Subs was newly introduced to me a few years back by my cousin. At that point, I had tried many sandwich places in and out of the San Fernando Valley, and this place did not fail to impress me! First off, the portions vary and can go up to a «giant» in size. This is what intrigued me at first. As mentioned in my other reviews, I eat a lot! And for Jersey Mike’s to offer a sandwich this big is definitely a plus! Their deli meats are sliced fresh to order, and their warm sandwiches are cooked upon order as well. This solidifies my love in this place for the reason that I like my food fresh! Their veggies are clean and fresh as well, unlike some other sandwich places I won’t mention. They also have various sandwich combinations, and as I’ve been through most of the menu, each one of them is delicious! They do have an option where you can have your sandwich prepared«Mike’s Way.» There is much that comes with getting a sandwich Mike’s Way, but what really stands out is their red relish topping. This is by far the most distinguished ingredient, hands down! This is what separates Jersey Mike’s from the rest! I can’t get enough of this relish, and I sure won’t any time soon! Go check Jersey Mike’s out for yourself. I guarantee you won’t regret it!

You really need to teach your sandwich makers Serv Safe procedures! This girl was picking up the floor mats and she didn’t wash her hands then grabbed the gloves with her dirty hands and began to make my sandwich. On top of that she had a terrible attitude! You guys are better than that!

I was greeted immediately as I walked in:-). Ordered 13 original Italian custom not mikes way but my way. the staff was very nice and focused on the customers as they enter the store:-). The floor was a little sticky on a rainy day but let me say in the area the food is prepared they clean constantly with five on staff and always moving. I notice customers cleaning tables to sit & not a big deal because the sandwiches rock! The guy working with four women really knows how to sell a sandwich especially for new comers asking questions and solving quickly so his customers can enjoy! The store was playing some old classic rock n roll I haven’t heard in ages. I will clean my table before I go.

I don’t remember I had already written a review but if I did disregard all that. When I first came in here a month or 2 ago I thought for whatever reason the sandwiches were good but not all that. Maybe because I didn’t order them mike’s way. Duh! Well ever since I been coming back on a consistent 2 – 3 times a week. Not yet have I been disappointed by any of their sandwiches or there service. The staff is always friendly greets you the moment you pull that door. Even the time I walked in at 8:55 pm when they had Already cleaned everything I felt so bad but were still smiling regardless of the fact I was that last jerk in. The food is great, there is something about their bread, meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and Bacon! That I just can’t seem to stop coming back for. All ingredients are fresh and tasty their food won’t disappoint. Definitely won’t ever be returning to Quiznos, Togos or Subway ever again. Doesn’t even come close. Jersey mikes your food and customer service has found you another loyal customer.

I need to disclose that I am a huge sub fan. I love sandwiches and could eat them every day. Having said that, I really liked Jersey Mike’s. I think I’ve been to one in the past but don’t recall. This trip I ordered a Giant Italian sub on white. It was so huge I ate it for dinner, breakfast, and lunch the next day. Most their subs are some form f an Italian(similar meats give or take a salami or pepperoni, etc) but they have hot subs and traditional subs as well. I like them better than Subway if that tells you anything. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We came in a group, and had to wait for the rest of our friends to show up. We just stood around checking out the menu while the staff stood behind their counters staring at us, asking if we were ready quite a few times.(Just because YOU know the menu doesn’t mean I do… gimmie a minute!) After we were ready to order, all the employees seemed to disappear and what once was five people ready to make out food dropped to about two. Where’d everyone go?! Not being a Jersey Mike regular, I just got the Italian Mike’s Way, which is only adding like four or five things to the sandwich. Weird. I like my sandwichs with more stuff on it then I can name… Dan’s Super Sub style. But whatever. My sister got a turkey wrap, and the guy making it disappeared for a minute and came back with it all wrapped up and ready to go. We get outside, and it has turkey and lettuce… no one asked her if she wanted anything else on it… she did by the way. The staff was young and chatty(with each other, WHILE they served us… not cool) and seemed uninterested in making sure our orders were right or that we were happy with what we got. Other then that the food was fine, but not great. I had only been to one other Jersey Mike’s before this, years ago… but if I never go back, I won’t feel like I am missing out. Skip this spot and go somewhere else.
