Love this place! Even though it is out of the way for me, I always come here because of the quality work they do on my clothes. Everyone there is very nice and friendly and you simply can’t beat the prices! Quality without compromise.

I have used many cleaners over the past 20 years, but Mason cleaners is by far the best, no question! The ladies who operate this facility are super nice, courteous, not to mention very friendly. I had many different types of clothes laundered &/​or dry cleaned which come out perfect each & every time, not to mention their pricing is very fair. One of the most important features to me is that is on my way to work so it’s very convenient for me.

I just went to pick up my dress today and the seamstress messed up the alteration. I was very specific and want both sides of the dress taken in. May seamstress only want to take in one side. Very lazy way of doing the work and can come out crooked because it has happened to me before with a different seamstress. Now I have to go back wed and be there for her to make the correction. I told my friend that recommend her. Turns out her mom stop using them a month ago. DON’T USE THEM FOR ALTERATIONS.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS, I just brought them 3 dresses to be alerted. Simple shortening of the hems. The charged me $ 18.00 per dress. I just picked them up as I needed them for a business trip I am going on, One is too short, one is too long and one is completely ruined! The hem is crooked. She cut the dress (she was only supposed to hem 3 inches) and it is 3 inches longer on the left than the right. There is no fixing this. :(now I leave tomorrow and have no dresses.

My friend was in to have her prom dress shortened. They did a fantastic job, at a competitive price, and with superb customer service. We have also used their services and they are amazing!

After letting my displeasure known about the quality of cleaning on the rug I brought in the sales associate (I forget her name) offered to re-​do the cleaning. I took the rug back and it was done about a week later. This time it looked cleaned. I really do appreciate that they fixed the job after the hassle.

I’ve only been here once, but my sister goes all the time. I needed a dress altered for a party and it was very last minute. I took it in and it was ready in one day! They are super efficient and really nice. I recommend this place to anyone. They pressed my dress too.

Flora, the owner works tirelessly doing all that her business requires… Dry Cleaning. & Alterations to name just a few. The worst alteration place I have been. I took my dress to get it altered they quoted me $ 45. Then «The Owner» called me stated that she quoted me the wrong amount that should would need to charge me extra $ 15. She stated that they have altered part of my dress and wanted to see if I was ok with the extra charge. When I told her why would you alter my dress before advising me of it all she had to say was they were two different things. She wasn’t listening to what I had to say and was rude. She told me that to not take any items for alteration there anymore. Like seriously who says that to a customer. Worst place I’ve ever been to. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Quickest, friendliest, and most affordable service in town.
I had to get something altered, and it was no hassle, dropped it off in 2 minutes, picked back up, and they did a great job!

After having some work uniforms sitting around collecting dust because of some poorly fitting long sleeves for over a year (procrastinate much!) I finally decided to do something about it. A quick Unilocal search for «alterations» in my area provided me with several spots, Mason having the highest rating, and most favorable reviews out of all of them.
I went down to get a quote on how much it would be to make long sleeve into short sleeve. $ 14 a shirt to be picked up in three days (seemed fair, and I had specified to the lady that I was in no rush). Shirts were ready when promised and now finally wearable. I also inquired about a quote for another tailoring job I have soon, and was told $ 12 (to make a shirt thats uneven in the bottom all one length). Again sounds good to me.
The lady working there was very friendly, there’s tons of parking, and turnaround is quick and efficient.

This place does a wonderful job! The staff is very knowledgeable and take great care of your clothes. Staff was extremely helpful. I’m definitely bringing my clothes here when i am in the area again.

I must say these guys are the top notch! I get my shirts and suits done each week and they are by far the best around. I highly recommend Mason Cleaners.

Its incredible the level of quality and professionalism some people can take something as ordinary as laundry and alterations to. I randomly decided to stop here because I had already been turned down by two business I trusted, and was ready for luck to strike. And it struck!
1) I had a beautiful sweatshirt that always gets compliments salvaged here. I thought the ink stain I managed to get ruined it beyond wearable condition, but Mason cleaners got the stain out. And kept it humble.
2) I had an alteration I wanted done to 9 pairs of exercise pants, that was turned down by two other tailors that I had gotten quality work from in the past. Mason cleaners not only did it, they didn’t blink an eye. And gave me a price that was more than reasonable, so I guess you CAN have your cake, and eat it too.
PS: the customer service that I experienced was welcoming and grateful for the chance to serve a customer. Could it be any better?
