Avoid this place at all costs, please be warned whoever reads this. They don’t know what they’re doing here. Gave them my laptop to remove a Trojan, an easy fix. I get my laptop the next day and see that Internet browser was flooded with adds, and a few days later, my computer crashes. I take it back and they say they’ll fix what they broke for 80 dollars. This place is a rip off

Worst ever! I bought a netbook. I never used it except to boot it up for the first time and set up a password. Like a dummy I cracked the screen. I took the netbook to them to fix. We booted it up together in the store, Jacob and I. He told me he would have it fixed in about a week. When he called to tell me that he was finished changing the screen he had more news. He said I must have caught a virus in it and the hard drive crashed. He said the computer does not boot up. I told him that it was brand new and that we had booted it up together when I dropped it off. He said we never booted it up together in the store. He is a boldface liar. Do not take your business there. Jacob and his technician are scam artists. They switched the hard drive on my computer. I went to Cosco where I bought it and the hard drive is not the original from the factory. They sabotaged the hard drive and tried to take me for more money than the netbook was even worth. I’m warning you. Do not go there!!!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! NEVER GO HERE!!! Took my old laptop in to have all of my files, pics, iTunes transferred onto my new Macbook Air. Jacob the owner said how easy this was to do and it would be ready in 24 hours. Went to pick it up, NOTHING TRANSFERRED! Jacob then broke the news to me that he was NOT TOO FAMILIAR WITH MAC COMPUTERS and I should really take it into an Apple store to be done!!! WHAT??? Would have been nice if he mentioned that in the beginning! I paid $ 95 for a job that wasn’t done! Worse, he is refusing to refund me as he says he worked on this for 2 – 3 hours. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE! TRUST ME– you will regret it if you do. SPREAD THE WORD!!!
