Our apartment was involved in a fire that left all of our belongings smelling like smoke. Unfortunately we didn’t have renter’s insurance so one of the contractors referred us to Phoenix to get our textiles cleaned — I am so grateful he did.
Mary was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. She was responsive, thoughtful and accommodating. She appreciated the stress were were under both emotionally and financially.
Victor came to our apartment to pick up our things and he was so nice. He was respectful, careful and diligent. I felt in very good hands.
Working with Mary and Victor reminded me that excellent customer service still exists. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services regardless of their situation or needs.
